SDS Reset
CSS properties to reset default styles in browsers.
One of the Sipster-Core objectives is to offer developers a base style for every project, regardless of browser or operating system. For that reason, it was necessary to include a section with some basic CSS styles that reset all the personalized styles a browser can include by default.
This is the only exception of an already predefined and noncustomizable CSS style within Sipster-Core, which was necessary to give developers a better initial experience at using Sipster-Core in any browser.
Some of these predefined CSS styles include:
Resets the font sizes so that using semantic markup doesnβt affect the styling
Reset the block margins so that the spacing is only applied when you need it
Reset tables so that tabular data only takes the space it needs
Preserve the inline paddings so that buttons and inputs keep their default layout
Set the border-box box sizing so that borders and paddings donβt affect the set dimensions
Set responsive media elements so that images and videos scale with the browser width
Set default font-family so that all the projects have the official 2600Hz font-family
These style properties can be found in the sds-reset.scss
file within the sds-core.
